Why We Built Jagware
Legacy probation software was built for a different era — paper-first workflows digitized with the minimum viable effort. The result: siloed data, manual reporting, clunky interfaces, and systems that require expensive vendor support for even minor changes.
JAG experienced these frustrations firsthand while operating county probation departments. So we built Jagware from the ground up for the realities of modern probation management: multi-county support, cloud accessibility, real-time reporting, and deep workflow automation.
